Discovering Hard-Materials (2)

This is a semester long course and will be offered in semester 1 and 2.

This course covers the basics in woods, metal and electrical systems. You will be given the opportunity to work with different materials and develop skills using both hand tools and machinery. The design process will be used to work through problem solving and the production of solutions.  

The big question: Why do we need to understand materials?
