Tourism Benefits

PURPOSE: Students who are interested in travel consultancy, international flight attending, conference & events management, tour guiding and many others in the Travel and Tourism industry should take this course. It leads onto studying for the National Certificate in Tourism Level 4 at The New Zealand School of Tourism.

COURSE OUTLINE: 

Level 3 students study interesting attractions, activities and events in countries outside of New Zealand in locations such as Australia and the Pacific Islands. 

Students will also study the economic impacts of the tourism industry.

Recommended Prior Learning

An interest in travel and tourism. Satisfactory achievement in English and Social studies.
