Course Description

How do people become trained athletes? A course that examines the theory (thinking) and practical (doing) of fitness components and methods of training. We will look at HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Continuous, Strength, Plyometrics among other kinds of training. This course will be a great introduction to Level 1 NCEA PE.
