Course Description
Big Question: What knowledge do you need to purchase your ticket for the Armoury-inspired Hauora ‘Gain Train’.
Who is this course for?: This course is for students who love being active. It is an extension of the knowledge and skills learnt in DYE101. In this class you will learn how to effectively lead a class fitness circuit, gain a deeper understanding of nutrition, different stretching techniques and how to instruct exercises as a confident personal trainer.
Recommended Prior Learning
Students must have displayed a consistently positive attitude towards participating and learning in DYE101. For students who did not study DYE101, they must have displayed the same positive attitudes in Year 9 and 10 PE, and at the Head of PE's discretion.
